Before the first meeting, participants complete a questionnaire about their skills, goals, and expectations. These answers provide a comprehensive overview of their needs, whether it’s improving techniques, exploring new styles, or building confidence in their art. 

Using this information, the preparation phase begins. This is where I dedicate exclusive time to plan the session. I carefully analyze each response and create personalized materials, including illustrated guides, practical examples, and tailored exercises. For instance, if the student wants to master drawing manga characters, I prepare detailed studies of proportions, facial expressions, and dynamic poses. If they need to enhance anatomy or perspective, I develop content to simplify the learning process. Everything is unique; no session is generic. 

The live mentorship session brings the planning to life. During the 60-minute session, there’s a combination of theory and practice. It starts with a brief explanation of the planned content, followed by hands-on application. This dynamic ensures the mentee not only understands the concept but can also apply it in their creations. Flexibility is key: I adjust the pace and focus based on the student’s reactions and preferences, creating a productive and engaging environment.
